Welcome to Tara Architecture & Construction. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or architectural services.
Tara Architecture & Construction provides professional architectural and design-related services including architectural planning, floor plan drafting, 2D drawings, 3D modeling, exterior and interior rendering, construction drawings, structural coordination, estimation, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) planning support, and online design consultation services for residential and commercial projects.

- Clients are required to pay an advance amount before the commencement of any architectural, drafting, 3D modeling, rendering, estimation, MEP, or consulting work. The remaining payment shall be completed according to the agreed project milestones and delivery stages. All payments made for completed work and consultation services are non-refundable. Any eligible refund will only apply to incomplete or unstarted work after deducting the cost of completed services and project expenses. Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, online payment gateways, or other mutually agreed payment methods. All transactions shall be processed in the applicable project currency, including INR, USD, GBP, or other agreed currencies.
- The project package includes up to 2–3 design revisions based on the agreed scope of work. Any additional revisions, major modifications, or changes requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges and may affect the project delivery timeline.
Project delivery timelines may vary depending on the project size, design complexity, scope of work, and the client’s response time for approvals, revisions, and required information. Delays in client communication or changes in project requirements may affect the final delivery schedule.
The client is responsible for providing accurate plot dimensions, site surveys, project requirements, reference documents, and all necessary approvals required for the project. Any incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client may affect the design accuracy, project timeline, and final deliverables.
Project cancellation requests must be submitted before the completion of the agreed work stage. Advance payments made for completed design, drafting, consultation, or modeling services are non-refundable. Any eligible refund will be processed only for unfinished work, after deducting the cost of completed services and project expenses.
