The client envisioned a sustainable, modern coastal residence with spacious interiors, natural ventilation, panoramic ocean views, and eco-friendly materials. The Coastal Cove Residence site plan thoughtfully organizes the residence, access, parking, and outdoor spaces to maximize ocean views, natural light, ventilation, and privacy, while responding sensitively to the coastal surroundings.
