Our Journey
2018

2018

2018 — Where Lines Met Dreams

Every architectural journey starts with a blank sheet, and 2018 was exactly that.
This was the year of learning, experimenting, and making sense of floor plans that didn’t always make sense at first. AutoCAD entered the picture, along with basic flow plans, space planning, and one big realization: architecture is not just drawing lines, it’s solving daily life problems.

2019

2019

2019 — From Lines to Life with Revit

In 2019, the journey moved from 2D lines to 3D thinking. Revit came in, and suddenly walls had thickness, elevations had depth, and buildings started looking real.
This year was all about BIM modeling, building elevations, and understanding how design, structure, and services talk to each other.
Fun fact: this is usually the year when architects realize that a small design change can disturb half the model. Painful — but powerful learning.

2020

2020

2020 — Freelancing & the Real World Test

After learning comes application.
2020 marked the start of freelancing, working independently, and stepping into real client expectations. Small residential projects for U.S. clients opened the door to international standards, codes, and coordination.
This phase taught time management, communication, revisions (lots of them), and one golden rule: clients don’t see drawings, they see solutions.
Architecture officially became both creative and professional.

2022

2022

2021–2022 — Strengthening the Foundation

These years focused on improving quality, speed, and understanding of global workflows.
Working with U.S. residential projects meant exposure to permit drawings, BIM coordination, and practical detailing.
Alongside architecture, interest grew in MEP coordination, structure basics, and estimation logic — because good design also needs to be buildable and cost-aware.
The mindset shifted from “designer” to “problem solver”.

2023 — Ahmedabad, Firms & Big Exposure

2023 was a turning point.
Moving to Ahmedabad, working with Aashir Engineering Pvt. Ltd. , and then joining 3S Firm brought large-scale exposure. This year was packed with learning corporate workflows, teamwork, deadlines, and professional responsibility.
At 3S, the focus shifted strongly toward USA-based projects, BIM execution, and coordinated architectural delivery.
This was the year where architecture met discipline—and coffee became a design tool ☕.

2024

2024

2024 — Jaipur Branch & Dual Growth

In 2024, the journey continued with the Jaipur branch of the same 3S firm, handling similar U.S. projects but with broader responsibilities.
At the same time, something special began back home.
TARA Architecture was established in the hometown for Bihar-based clients, focusing on residential architecture and allied services.
Balancing firm work and building a personal practice was challenging, but it marked the transition from employee mindset to entrepreneur mindset.

2025

2025

2025 — Full Dedication & Expansion

From 2024 to 2025, complete dedication went into professional execution — both at firm level and through TARA Architecture.
Projects became more refined, processes smoother, and service offerings clearer.
Architecture was no longer working alone — MEP coordination, structural understanding, and estimation support became integral parts of the workflow.
This phase built trust, consistency, and long-term vision.

2026

2026

2026 — A Complete Design Ecosystem

By 2026, TARA Architecture stands as a complete architectural service provider.
Architecture, MEP services, structural coordination, and estimation & costing come together under one roof.
Serving both Indian and U.S. clients, the firm focuses on practical design, efficient coordination, and cost-aware solutions.
What started with AutoCAD practice sheets in 2018 now delivers end-to-end design solutions — proof that steady learning beats shortcuts
